Do you ship backdrops and props to my location?

U.S. and CANADA customers: Yes, all products are available to order online.

Alaska, Hawaii, and International customers: Email hello@boothprops.com to receive a custom invoice.

What is your turn around time for processing orders?

Fabric & Sequin Backdrops: Turn around time is 1-2 weeks (Times are approximate, so please leave enough time when ordering for an upcoming photoshoot).

Custom Backdrops: Turn around time is 1-2 weeks.

Digital downloads: Emailed immediately after purchase to the email address you provide.

Props: Turn around time is 3-5 business days. Props are shipped separately from our backdrops.

Do you charge sales tax?

A 6% sales tax is added to Florida, USA residents only. We offer Florida residents free shipping and local pickup. 

What do I need to know regarding backdrops & props before purchase?

Before you checkout, please review your order. Once your order is submitted, we cannot cancel. There are no exceptions to this policy.

We strive to display our product colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact match. Since computer displays get calibrated differently, your backdrop may look different then what you see on your screen. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to a color variation.

Large format printing is used at a distance and is not viewing up close. We make the backdrops to be in the "depth of the field" at the right distance from your subject. Our fabric backdrops are designed for photography and photo booths approximately 6 feet back.

What is your shipping policy?

U.S. orders ship by UPS, USPS, or FedEx. 

Hawaii, Alaska, & international orders ship with USPS Priority Mail (insurance required).

Canada orders ship UPS when cheaper for the customer. 

We do not guarantee the arrival of your package by a specific date. Once a package leaves our facility, we have no control over shipping. The delivery dates shown on their tracking websites are estimates but typically accurate. 

What is your return/EXCHANGE/DAMAGE/LOSS POLICY?

Orders already sent to the printer cannot be refunded. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Since our products are custom, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We inspect every order shipped to ensure there are no defects. We will not exchange defects caused by mishandling.

For orders received damaged or the wrong design, email hello@boothdrops.com within 48 hours. Include details and photos of the issue. If no contacts made in 48 hours, exchanges are denied. Do not use the defective order. We will send a pre-paid label to have the order returned.

UPS and USPS only give us 48 hours to notify them of a damaged package

UPS and USPS only give us 7 days after the estimated arrival to notify them of a lost package

If no contacts made in the timeframe above, replacements can be denied.

We are an online business and strictly work with clients through email communication. Email allows us to review your questions in detail, respond appropriately, and keep copies of all transaction details.
